What shipping
will cost you
Pick your country and how much you are buying. The estimate follows the same steps we use on every invoice, so you can see the weight bracket your parcel lands in before you commit.
Your parcel
Weights are per unit as we ship them. A 0.2 kg outer box is added once per order.
Rates move with international conditions, so this figure can change. What you see here is a simplified estimate. The formal quote comes from us.
Quotes here use FedEx International Priority, the service we book by default. For another shipping option, send us the destination and the list.
In this estimate
- Export carriage from Japan on the service shown.
- Packing. Every item is protected individually and goes into a rigid outer box.
- A tracked booking. The tracking number reaches you when the parcel leaves.
- Export paperwork and the booking itself.
You pay separately
- Import duty, VAT or GST, and customs brokerage. Your carrier bills these on arrival.
- Signature on delivery and added insurance, quoted before dispatch if you want them.
- Re-delivery and address-correction fees, if the address changes after dispatch.
USD figures are a guide. We invoice in JPY.
How shipping is priced
The questions buyers ask before their first order.
01Do your prices include shipping?
No. Card prices and shipping are quoted separately, which keeps both figures checkable. Use the calculator above for the shipping side. Both numbers are confirmed in writing before you pay.
02Who pays import duty and VAT?
You do. Your own customs authority sets the charge when the parcel arrives, and the carrier bills you directly, often before releasing the delivery. The rate depends on your country and on the declared value, so check your local threshold before you order a large lot.
03What value do you put on the customs form?
The price you actually paid, with the contents described as trading cards. Buyers ask us fairly often to declare a lower value or a different item, and we decline every time. A false declaration risks your parcel being seized and risks our export account, which would end the supply for everyone.
04How do you pack the cards?
Every item is protected on its own, then packed into a rigid outer box with the gaps filled. The 0.2 kg in the estimate is that outer box. Sealed boxes keep their factory shrink, and slabs travel in their own protection.
05Can you hold items and send everything together?
Yes, and it is usually the cheaper route. The outer box counts once per order, so one parcel beats two. Tell us to hold, and we keep your items until the order is complete before booking the shipment.
06Which carrier do you use?
FedEx, exported from Japan. The estimate above prices the service you selected.
07How long does delivery take?
It depends on the destination and the service. Rather than quote an average, we confirm the dispatch date and the carrier transit estimate with your quote, so you can plan around a real date.
08Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. It reaches you when the parcel leaves us, and it covers the journey through to delivery.
09What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Tell us and we open the claim with the carrier. For high-value orders we recommend adding signature on delivery and insurance, both quoted before you pay. Cover has to be arranged before dispatch, so raise it while the order is still open.
10Can I ship on a different service?
The calculator estimates the service shown above. Other routes and forwarders exist, and for some destinations they land cheaper or slower. Send the destination and the list, and we will quote what is available for that lane.
11Why might the final invoice differ from this estimate?
Fuel surcharge is reset monthly, remote delivery areas carry an extra fee, the parcel is weighed and measured at pickup, and carrier rates move with international conditions. The estimate is built from the same rate table we bill from, so any gap comes from those inputs.
