The written quote confirms the exact order, JPY price, Japanese tax treatment, item or shrink-wrap condition information, payment method, dispatch estimate, shipping method, and any return or compensation terms. If website text and a dated accepted quote conflict, the accepted quote controls to the extent permitted by law.

Condition is communicated using the photographs and written description supplied for the order. Screen colour, glare, sleeves, holders, or image compression can hide or alter how an item appears. Buyers should review the exact item information before payment and ask for additional photographs where needed.

PSA names, labels, certification numbers, and grades belong to PSA and its records. Akina is not affiliated with or endorsed by PSA. A grade does not guarantee market value, liquidity, future condition, or resale outcome. Where a certification number is supplied for an order, the buyer should verify it with the grading company's official records.

Prices and exchange rates can move between publication, quotation, payment, and resale. Buyer results also depend on destination taxes, platform fees, payment fees, shipping, insurance, chargebacks, returns, market demand, and selling time. Examples, guides, and historical transactions do not guarantee margin, sell-through, investment return, or future value.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless the accepted quote expressly says otherwise. Carrier, weather, customs, security, remote-area, or recipient delays can occur after dispatch. The buyer must provide accurate recipient and customs information and confirm that the product may lawfully be imported, possessed, and resold in the destination. Import duty, VAT, customs fees, brokerage, storage, refusal, return, and redelivery costs are handled as stated in the accepted quote and applicable law.

Return, cancellation, replacement, loss, damage, and compensation terms are stated for each order before payment. Nothing on this site excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact Akina promptly with the order record, photographs, packaging, and carrier evidence needed to assess a claim.
